4. Your rights 
In accordance with the statutory provisions, as the data subject, you have the right to obtain information about your data stored by comcross GmbH free of charge at any time. In addition, you have the right to rectification, deletion or restriction of processing or the right to object to comcross GmbH at any time. This also applies to the right to data portability. If you have provided us with your personal data on the basis of voluntary consent, you can revoke your consent, for the future, at any time.


B. Purpose and scope of data processing
1. Internet presence Every time a user accesses our website and retrieves a file, access data about this process is stored in a log file on our server. Each data record consists of: 
  • the page accessed (so-called referrer URL)
  • the name of the file accessed
  • date and time (so-called time stamp)
  • the amount of data transferred
  • message as to whether the access/retrieval was successful (access status)
  • a description of the type of browser used
  • a cookie
 IP addresses are stored anonymously in server log files and deleted after 190 days. The storage is done for reasons of data security, to guarantee the stability and operational security of our Internet presence. The legal basis for this is Section 6 Par. 1 lit. c GDPR.

Contact option via the website / processing of content data 
Based on statutory provisions, the website contains data that enables a rapid electronic contact to our company, in addition to direct communication with us, which also includes an e-mail address. If a person contacts the controller by e-mail or via a contact form, the personal data transmitted by the data subject are automatically stored. Such personal data, voluntarily transmitted by a data subject to the controller, will be stored in accordance with Section 6 Par. 1 lit. a GDPR for the purposes of processing or contacting the data subject. No disclosure of this personal data to third parties will take place.

Recipients of the data 
 As a matter of principle, we do not pass your data on to third parties, unless you have consented to this. However, for the hosting and maintenance of our website, we rely on the use of service providers who we oblige to comply with the legal requirements via a contract processing agreement in accordance with Section 28 GDPR.

Transfer of your personal data to a third country or an international organisation (outside the scope of the GDPR)  
As a matter of principle, we do not transfer your data to countries outside the scope of the GDPR (this also applies to internationally active organisations). Should a transfer take place regardless (e.g., in the context of the use of software applications or other IT services, whose manufacturers are based in a country outside the scope of the GDPR), this would only take place in the presence of a corresponding EU adequacy decision or other appropriate safeguards (such as the conclusion of EU standard contractual clauses). What are cookies and how do we use them? Some of the Internet pages may use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to increase our offer’s user-friendliness and make it more effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. Tracking  
We don't use any tracking tools (such as, e.g., Google Analytics).

2. Third-party offer 
This site uses the map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our Online offer and an easy location of the places indicated by us on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Section 6 Par. 1 lit. f GDPR.
